Free Ground Shipping on All Orders Over $100.00!  *Some exclusions apply*

Ground shipping is available anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer International, APO/FPO, or shipping to PO Boxes. Most in stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping times for special orders and out of stock items will vary based on the manufacturer’s shipping policies. If you need an estimated shipping time for special orders and out of stock items, or would like to inquire about expedited shipping upgrades, please Contact Us through our site or at [email protected]. You will be notified as soon as we are made aware of any issues that will delay shipping. Tracking will be provided by email or through your account on our site if this option is available per the chosen shipping method. Shipments cannot be redirected or have the address changed once an order has been placed.

Drop Shipping

Some items that are not in stock will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer / vendor and are subject to their shipping and return policies. This may include additional fees and extra shipping charges. If you have any specific questions or concerns about this, please contact us before placing your order. Drop shipped items may require the parts to be returned directly to the manufacturer.

 

Return Policy

Eligible items for return will only be accepted within 30 days of the order date. Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging that you received them in, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Duke’s Speed Shop reserves the right to refuse the return / refund of a product if it is returned with any missing parts not previously noted, including the original instructions / paperwork. Special orders, custom parts, painted parts, gift cards, coffees, sale items, installed and electrical parts are not eligible for return. While installed and electrical parts cannot be returned, some items may be exchanged if eligible per the manufacturer warranty. Labor charges will not be covered unless Duke’s Speed Shop performs the work. Duke’s Speed Shop will not accept returns due to issues with the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to confirm their warranty will not be affected by the installation of these parts. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. All returns without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be refused at delivery. Returns can be requested by logging into your account and going to the “View Completed Order” page. Returns must be sent in the original packaging. Postage must be prepaid on all returns. All return orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is missing, defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims made after 5 days of receipt will not be accepted. Claims for damaged and missing items caused through the shipping company must be filed with the appropriate shipping company that was used for delivery. The customer is subject to the shipping company’s claim policy and must comply with their requests to ensure they receive payment for their claim. Duke’s Speed Shop will not be responsible for third party damage due to improper use and / or installation of parts, including any labor, towing, or other expenses caused by this. Parts damaged from improper use and / or installation are not returnable. If the parts are not installed by Duke’s Speed Shop it will be the installer’s responsibility to ensure correct application and fitment prior to installation.

 

Manufacturer Warranty

The warranty for performance parts is subject to the provisions and conditions provided by the manufacturer of each part. Some manufacturers may require the parts be returned directly to them.

 

Refunds

Most refunds are approved and processed within 10 days of receiving your return. We make every effort to process refunds as soon as the items are received and inspected. Items returned to the manufacturer may take longer as we cannot process the refund until it has been approved by the manufacturer. We will notify you once we or the manufacturer have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded unless store credit has been requested. Please note that your credit card company or bank may take additional time to process the refund, which is something out of our control. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please Contact Us through our site or at [email protected]. All return orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges and payment transaction fees are nonrefundable.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, the Exchange process may take some time as the new item will not be shipped until the returned item has been received and inspected. If the product is urgently needed, the fastest way to get the product in hand will be to make a new purchase and refund the original.

 

California Residents – Performance Parts Will Not Be Sold or Shipped to California

Many aftermarket products we sell are for competition use only and have not been certified for highway use. EPA and CARB laws along with current California regulations prohibit the purchase and / or installation of these emission related performance parts for highway use. Unfortunately, while CARB certified parts are available and legal for use in California, Dukes Speed Shop has chosen not to sell or ship any Performance Parts to California residents.

 

In-house Services and Installations

Any issues with labor performed by Duke’s Speed Shop must be returned to Duke’s Speed Shop to be evaluated and repaired when applicable. Duke’s Speed Shop will not be responsible for third party labor charges or any other related fees. Unauthorized work on installations performed by Duke’s Speed Shop will void any normally covered warranty repair or replacement. Unauthorized work will also make any items purchased nonreturnable.
